The following information requirements will be met in Consultation with Aboriginal groups.
- Background information for potentially affected First Nations, including ethnography, language, land use setting and planning, governance, economy, and reserves
- Past, present, and anticipated future uses of lands and resources, including but not limited to current use of lands and resources for traditional purposes
- Specific established treaty rights and/or asserted or established Aboriginal rights, including Aboriginal title
- Other Aboriginal interests with respect to potential social, economic, environmental, heritage and health effects
- Potential project-related effects to uses, rights or interests and measures proposed to avoid or limit these effects
